I have found these two varieties on some web pages during some research on sites offering seeds. I do not like exotic colors of tomatoes, but yellow... is still acceptable :-)
Classic sort of yellow pear-shaped tomatoes (e.g. Perun) is too boring and last year fruits were crackling.
Honeybee (left on the picture)
Size of Honeybee fruits is 2-3 centimeters in diameter, shape spherical, color is bright yellow. This was the first tomato in my garden, that had ripe fruits and has fruits still (quite warm mid-october). As the name says - taste is very sweet and delicious. Plants grew almost two meters high and did not suffer any visible diseases. Despite some rains, only a few fruits crackled (mainly overripe pieces). Without any hesitation - Honeybee will be in my garden next year too. Recommended.
Lemon plum (right on the picture)
Lemon plum had fruits bigger than Honeybee: 4-6 centimeters, egg-shaped with a "nose" at the end, color lemon-yellow. It was one of early ripening tomatoes in my garden and has still fruits (ward mid-october). Taste is not so strong, but still nice. Some reviews say that fruits are dull, but I did not notice that (maybe because I watered them regularly) . Plants grew almost two meters high and did not suffer any visible diseases. Despite some rains fruit did no crackle. Lemon plum is on my shortlist for next year.
Photos are from later crop and all fruits had been used for yellow ketchup. But this will be another post :-)
